Every effort is made to be certain that our website
is accurate. However, constantly changing and improving
products can allow some details to change. It is our
right to correct any errors that may arise, and we are
not held responsible for typographical or pricing errors.
SECURITY
All credit card purchases are processed by Cardservice
International. At Cardservice International, security
is important. Cardservice International employs appropriate
measures, including advanced technology, to protect
personal information collected against unauthorized
access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. These
measures may include, among others, encryption, physical
access security and other appropriate technologies.
Cardservice International continually reviews and enhances
its security systems, as necessary.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Unless otherwise noted or agreed to in writing, any
items that you purchase through Dragonfly Products web
site are warranteed by the manufacturers, and not by
Dragonfly Products. All warranties stated or implied,
are issued by the product manufacturer, and vary from
item to item.
SALES TAX
Federal law does not require us to charge tax for items
shipped outside of Florida. If your delivery address
is in the state of Florida, 6.5% sales tax will be added
to the purchase price.
RETURNS
We want our customers to be satisfied with purchases
from Dragonfly Products.com. If you need to return an
item, we require that you return the item to us in the
same brand new, resalable condition in which your received
it, and with the same packaging in which it was shipped.
Items must be returned within seven (7) days of purchase.
We CANNOT accept returns in used condition. Scopes,
if mounted, are NOT returnable. The original receipt
must accompany any returned item. All returns are subject
to a 20% restocking fee. This is simply to cover the
costs involved with processing returned items. If your
shipment appears to be damaged upon arrival, do not
accept it. If you find that you have received damaged
or defective merchandise after you open the package,
please e-mail customerservice@dragonflyproducts.com.
If you need to return your shipment for any reason,
please e-mail us at customerservice@dragonflyproducts.com
within seven (7) days of receipt of package for a Return
Authorization Number. No return goods or defective/damaged
merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. |
